Article 1 - General
1.1. COMPANY complies with the "Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data", as amended by the Act of 11 December 1998, as well as with the anti-spam provisions of Book XII of the Economic Code on the "law of the electronic economy".
1.2. By means of the present Privacy Policy, COMPANY also complies with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data.
1.3. The controller of your personal data is COMPANY. A declaration has been made to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy regarding the processing of your personal data.

COMPANY does not actively process the personal data of its customers' end users. For this reason, it does not intervene in GDPR-related requests from end users. Article 6 - Security & confidentiality
6.1.
